Duwamish Cohousing consists of 23 houses which range from one to three houses per building. Houses are individually owned by residents or in a few cases rented by single owners. We have no units for sale at this time and it’s difficult to know when one will become available. We maintain an interest list where we send details if a house is for sale or rent.
If you’re interested in joining Duwamish Cohousing we recommend attending a work party, a community meal and/ or one of our monthly business meetings. We try to schedule tours to coincide with work parties to give visitors a chance to see cohousing in action and talk to community members.
