12th, 1999, this site plan
shows our 23 planned townhome and free standing
homes clustered around courtyards and pedestrian
streets, with parking in the northwest corner of
the land. We are planning space for gardens,
outdoor recreation and play areas, a community
plaza, and areas preserved with native plantings.
Our common buildings will include a kitchen, a
large dining/multi-purpose room, children's play
rooms, a sunroom, a woodshop, a craft room, a
laundry room, an office, a weight room, and sunny
decks and patios.
